Creating Pause & Space as a lifestyle reset

I’m the originator of Pause Moments.  A whole-life approach for your life and mind. That leads you on a journey to experience senses-based mindfulness of joy, honouring, calm reflection and positive intention.

My purpose as the originator of Serenity Home Space process is to co-create interior spaces that that evoke the sacred and magical. In spaces that encourage self soothing. Inspiring you to live with a fulfilled, conscious meaningful lifestyle.

Slower living

“Experiencing the journey through breast cancer was one of the best things to have happened to me”, Linzi

After a lifetime of striving and experiencing the health consequences, It dawned on me that if I wanted sustained good physical and mental health going into my wisdom years, that I needed to lead a slower, more balanced lifestyle. The wake-up calls and turning points have included suffered burn out, cancer, migraines and chronic fatigue. Thinking I was ‘never good enough , ‘impostor syndrome’ and being an outsider since childhood.

Serenity, isn’t that what we all seek?

A thousand years ago I worked at the Bank of England, in the financial sector in London. I joined a team of Relaxation teachers who ran lunchtime sessions in St Mary Woolnoth, one of the City’s historic churches. I enjoyed travelling and experienced many cultures that broaden both my spiritual curiosity and appreciation of this amazing world. In my 20s I was inspired to study Shiatsu with the acclaimed Ray Ridolfi. What followed was an appreciation of Macrobiotics and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This was a pivotal moment in my life as I turned towards a whole-health approach to my life.

I developed my earlier career within the complementary health field – Reflexology, Shiatsu and Bach Flower Remedies and others. It was then that I recognised the essential inter-connected relationships of the physical, emotions and mind for lasting health.

Karen Kingston was my teacher for learning Space and Clutter Clearing. As a creative person I know only too well how easily it is to accumulate too much stuff and the challenge of emotional attachment! I practiced as a certified Feng Shui consultant, studied with several masters including Raymond Lo, Richard Creightmore and Simon Brown. Past clients include a member of the British government, obviously I can’t say who, and one of the Virgin Companies.

I published Eureka, one of the UK’s first regional eco and holistic health magazines. A key achievement as I was a self taught editor and publisher. A passion for me is interviewing and meeting people and getting to know their passions.

I believe there are learning opportunities in every ebb and flow of life. I became a certified teacher, designing my own workshops and talks at festivals and Adult Education.

Topics have included: Clearing clutter and organising your home. Bach flower remedies, simplifying your life, Mobilise Mind and Body. Teaching Tai Chi Qi Gong, 101 Meditation, Bring the Sacred Into Your Life and adult play making sock puppets for self expression.

Achievements also include completing an Interior Design course by Adrienne Chinn at the prestigious KLC School of Design London Design Centre / West Dean College.

As an international speaker at BiL Vancouver 2017 and Tedx.

I enjoy writing and publish a podcast ‘Easy Like Sunday Morning ’. Where I cover topics relating to slow living and on a personal note, my struggles with being a more sensitive soul in this stressful and uncertain life.

I am passionate about we can see the wonder and beauty in the world. I include ideas helping you to create a lifestyle of sacred spaciousness, sustainability and mindful healthy awareness. Alchemy, to meet life more fully. Creating space within space for your mind and home for a enriched lifestyle.

I’m proud to be the originator of two processes that support a slow living more conscious lifestyle – Pause Moments and Sacred Self / Space.

Alchemy to meet life more fully

I enjoy writing and publish a podcast ‘Easy Like Sunday Morning Holistic Living’.

I describe this as – Alchemy, to meet life more fully. Creating space within space for your mind and home for a enriched lifestyle.

I’m proud to be the originator of two processes that support a slow living lifestyle – Pause Moments For You and Serenity (sacred) Home Space.

I love Sunday mornings ..

.. slowly awakening to the world. Writing and ‘being on the mat’ practicing Kundalini Yoga. Walking the dog, being in nature, harvesting my veggies and herbs and living creatively. I rarely keep to recipes, preferring to experiment with ingredients in cooking.

I wonder if chocolate can be added into everything!
